Hi, I’m Chelsea, a certified infant and child sleep consultant, mum of two, and the founder of Bedtime Habits. I know firsthand how exhausting and overwhelming sleep struggles can be, and I’m here to help families find balance, rest, and confidence when it comes to their baby’s sleep.

When I became a mum, I quickly realised just how much sleep (or the lack of it!) affects everything—our mood, our energy, our patience, and our ability to enjoy parenthood. Using a gentle, responsive approach, I was able to help both of my children sleep through the night consistently from a young age. This experience sparked my passion for helping other families do the same—without stress, rigid sleep training, or endless exhaustion.

Through my work with families, I’ve seen how common sleep struggles are—but that doesn’t mean they have to be part of the parenthood. With the right knowledge and a tailored plan, parents can guide their little ones toward better sleep confidently. My approach is based on evidence-based practices, respect for each child’s unique needs, and practical strategies that actually work.
