What services do you offer to help improve my baby's sleep?
📞 Phone Consultations: One-on-one sessions offering expert guidance tailored to your child's sleep needs.
📲 Text Consultations: Quick advice on your baby's sleep routine or environment without the need for a call.
📖 Sleep Guides: Comprehensive, step-by-step guides to help your baby sleep better at your own pace.
How do I know which sleep solution is right for my baby?
We understand that every family's needs are unique. To assist you in choosing the best option, we've created a quick sleep quiz. This tool will guide you to the solution that aligns best with your situation.
What age groups do your services cater to?
Our services are designed for babies and toddlers from 3 weeks to 4 years old.
⤷ For babies under 3 weeks: We do not provide structured sleep advice, as this is a time for mum and baby to establish feeding and getting to know each other rather than following a sleep plan.
However, if you’d like guidance on setting up a safe and supportive sleep environment, our Sleep Environment Check Text Consult can help.
Additionally, our Simplifying Sleep Guide is a great resource for new parents wanting to understand their baby’s sleep needs early on and set a strong foundation for healthy sleep habits.
⤷ For babies 3 weeks to 4 years: We offer age-specific sleep consultations, text support, and sleep guides tailored to your child’s sleep stage and needs.
Do you offer support after the initial consultation or guide purchase?
Yes. If you’d like ongoing support after your phone consult, you can add 1 or 2 weeks of follow-up text support to guide you as you implement your sleep plan.
Are your methods aligned with specific parenting styles?
Absolutely. My approach is responsive, and tailored to your baby’s needs. I provide a variety of settling methods in my sleep guides and consultations, so you can choose the approach that feels right for your family.
Will my baby have to cry for your sleep methods to work?
We understand that no parent wants to hear their baby cry, and my approach focuses on responsive sleep strategies that respect both your baby’s needs and your parenting style.
Crying is a natural way for babies to communicate, and sometimes, when adjusting to a new routine, there may be some protest as they adapt. However, I do not use methods that leave babies to cry alone. Instead, I offer various settling strategies that allow you to comfort and support your baby through the process while still achieving positive outcomes.
If you want a customised sleep plan tailored to your parenting style, I can guide you through approaches that work best for your family.
How can I get in touch if I have more questions?
If you need help deciding which service is best for you or have any other questions, we'd love to hear from you!
